Over the years, and thanks to the experience gained, our menu has been designed to be varied and adaptable, aiming to reach all kinds of customers at any time of the day, week, or year. With a versatile and customer-focused approach, we offer traditional local dishes, Catalan cuisine, and recipes always inspired by the Mediterranean diet.
We have been working with local and zero-kilometer products long before these concepts became popular. Our suppliers include local artisan bakers, as well as specialists in meat, vegetables, fruit, and fresh fish, delivered to Daus at least twice a week. This allows us to create the finest dishes, always prepared with top-quality ingredients.
The range of possibilities for enjoying a good meal with fresh, local products in the heart of Tàrrega, in a pleasant space and in good company, has been the theme of these three decades.
